Room for rent!!!

We have an optional furnished room or unfurnished room, shared bathroom available:

• 800$/month + deposit 400$
• 950$/month + deposit 500$ (furnished spacious bedroom with private entrance)
• Rooms are included utilities
• Laundry available
• Freely access to the kitchen. However, you MUST keep the common area clean when using it.
• Male/female (sorry no pets, no couples, no friends come over, no smoking)
• Stay 6-12 months minimum
• Security cameras available 24/7
• This place is within 5 mins away from hospitals, shopping area, restaurants, and downtown. If you are interested in renting the room, send us a message with some information about yourself, such as your occupation, hobbies, proof of income, and your move-in date.

All professionals are living in the property. We are clean, quiet, and work a lot so we probably won’t see each other too often. We are looking for responsible, clean, and organized medical staffs, travel nurses, or professionals who respect the room and common areas.
