Quiet location between Palm Springs (25 Min) and Yucca Valley (20 Min) with furnished room and a full closet. If you prefer your own furniture, we can adjust. Home is shared by siblings and 2 dogs (indoor/outdoor). Although we have dogs, we aren’t looking to add to the mix currently. We both work full-time and are looking for someone who enjoys quiet living. The ideal roomie would begin with month-to-month rental agreement, with a possible long-term agreement in the future. Morongo Valley is a bit rural, so expect to travel to a nearby city/town for shopping and grocery needs. The space includes a shared bathroom with 1 roomie in a shared hallway, kitchen access and parking available. The room includes access to internet as well as a washer/dryer in the garage. This home has centralized swamp cooler and heating, and a box fan and ceiling fan are available in the room for your seasonal comfort. Two siblings (one male, one female) currently reside in this space. The brother works at the Palm Springs airport, and sister works in healthcare operations, which provides a hybrid 50-50 home/on-site work environment.
