Renting out an unfurnished bedroom and a private bathroom. The bedroom also has a spacious walk in closet. Kitchen and living room area will be shared. The townhouse includes washer and dryer, internet, and pretty much everything you need. There is an open space between the two bedrooms that can be used as an office or a work space. I prefer a male roommate but with the private bathroom, I don’t mind a female roommate. (Any roommate as long as there’s no drama). Everything is in walking distance and really close to Shenandoah university.
