Looking to Sublease This Room I am subleasing this small room for $515 including utilities. Lgbtq+ roommates preferred, no fraternity nor sorority peeps. Looking to have a roommate willing to begin paying for this room for July 2023 through May 2024. Located 1 mile away from App State. Here I am for scale in the room with bass. I do not recommend this room for people over the height of 5’7.
