I’m looking for someone (male/female/LGBTQIA) who is 55+ to take over my annual lease (with option to renew on 11/1/2023) for my half of this second floor, 2 bed/2bath condo in Vista Plantation, an Active 55+ Community on the golf course. You’ll have a private bedroom with walk-in closet and a private bath with tub/shower combo. You’ll have shared access to the in-unit laundry, living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as full access to the HOA’s amenities, which include: two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, park/picnic area and a clubhouse.
HOA requires the Applicant be 55+ years old and pass a background check for approval to Lease.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the condo with my current housemate, a 55+, retired, SWGM, who is very quiet and considerate.
