Serrano Summit is a newly built community that is right beside Lake Forest City Hall and Civic Center, and right beside the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Lake Forest location (as safe as it gets). Location is a fair walkable distance to restaurants and convenient stores, and the Lake Forest Recreation Center. 20 minute drive to UC Irvine. Lake Forest is an incredibly safe, suburban city neighboring Irvine. Great location for university students, as well as working professionals.

You will be sharing the house with two personable, young-mid 20s working professional female renters, however your space will be private. You will have the ground floor room and attached bathroom all to yourself, and included parking space right outside.

You’ll have your own mini fridge, toaster oven, and kettle in a mini kitchenette outside your bedroom. Kitchen use can be coordinated with the other two tenants.

Property has a laundry room on the top floor; times to do laundry will be coordinated with the other two tenants.

The pictures in order are of the model room in the model home and then the room for rent for this property. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Bright windows and cute view of the outside patio/garden and the rest of the community.

Currently the room for rent is furnished with a Queen bed and mattress (exceptionally clean, and equipped with two mattress protectors), sheer and blackout curtains, TV bracket, and shelf. The bed will also come with a white sheet set. A desk can fit by the bedside if you WFH.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

Central AC and Heating. The house additionally comes equipped with an HVAC system for faster cooling, air purity, and comfortable temperatures.

1 person occupancy in the room (No extended guest stay unless coordinated with landlord). You will have access to all of the following:

• Pool & spa
• Pickleball courts
• Basketball courts
• Summit Club and all its amenities:

“The Summit Club features an incredible 3,688 sq. ft. pool with sloped beach entry, a fitness end with laps, and a 12-jet hydro-therapy heated spa. You’ll also find cabanas, BBQs, fire pits, an event space, and pickleball courts. Two smaller parks are scattered throughout: Catalonia Park in the south end, featuring two basketball half courts, playground, turf, and BBQs, and Lucania Park in the north end, featuring two age-specific playgrounds, turf, and BBQs.”

The community is really nice!

Tenants have 2 cats, so if you have extreme allergies due to anything that may travel through the central AC then we are not a good fit.

Pets are allowed with additional deposit (and only if they’re friendly). There are multiple parks strewn around the community, and general grassy area for dogs in close proximity, walkable distance within the community as well.

Please have proof of funds available. First month + $700 deposit required for move in. Landlord requires a background check.
