Angie's room

The room inside the house and its located in the basement. It has has own private bedroom and the bathroom as a separate. Both will have their own set of keys once rented. It’s a safe and quiet resident. It has its kitchen appliance and laundry. If you have a bike, then you can place it inside the shed. It’s an all female dormitory only. The room is $750 per month plus utilities.

I’m the landlord manager of the room. I enjoy playing video games, reading and gardening (when I have the time). There are two roommates living in the basement home. One working remotely and the other is a student in the medical field and is studying remotely.
