About the room
I am looking for a roommate to rent a room in my townhouse in Mar Vista. The rent is $1300 which includes utilities. You wpuld have your own room and bathroom. I do have a 14 year old toy poodle that is very sweet so you must love dogs (or at least my dog, Charlie!). You would have your own parking space and street parking is also available. It has central air and a fireplace. The room is currently furnished but I can remove any furniture you may not want to use. I need a roommate starting November 1st. Message me is you are interested!
