Hi! This apartment is two bedroom two bath. It is in a great location with two pools, outdoor grilles, a on site gym and great walking and running areas close by. Parking is included in the rent. Washed and dryer in unit. All amenities (gym, pools, lounge, grilles) included in rent.

I am a 42 year old female with a pitbull rescue who is my baby (super friendly) so unfortunately no other animals would be allowed, but my sweet girl loves anyone’s time and love. I work a 9-5 job Monday through Friday. I live a low key life and am looking for a roommate who shares my values of cleanliness, sharing of chores, open communication and kindness. I am not a drinker or drug user so we’d be a good match if that’s not a big part of your life. I like to spend time outside going for walks, runs, going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, swimming, concerts/live music and spending time with friends and family. I am currently in a one bedroom at my apartment complex. I love it and don’t want to leave but would love someone to be my roommate and move into a two bedroom which would be more affordable. If interested, I would love to chat. I put September down as a start date, but there is flexibility with this date, if we are a good fit.
