Arnold Street

Hey y’all! I am looking for a roommate to sublease a private bedroom that comes with a private office ($600 total). My current roommate is moving out to live with his wife.

Apartment: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom

Sublease term: August / September 2023 to May 31st 2024

Location: Arnold Street, Providence (East Side) Rent: $600 per month

Utilities: range $50 - $110 per month (for electricity, gas, and wifi)

This apartment is located in the center of Fox Point. It is walking distance to Brown, RISD, India Point Park, Trader Joe’s, and a variety of cafes & restaurants.

The place has lots of natural light. There is a backyard with a little garden that you can use. The apartment includes a free in-unit washer & dryer. There is ample off street parking and the neighborhood tends to be quiet.

There is no dishwasher and unfortunately pets are not allowed (lease policy). See attached pictures of communal spaces and your own bedroom and office.

I am 27, use he/him pronouns. I work full time at a mental health and substance use center as a crisis call counselor. I do not do any WFH. I plan to go to RIC for a master’s in social work next year. I am taking my first course this fall!

I am social and enjoy hanging out with roommates, but only if they’d like to. I am perfectly happy keeping to myself.

I like to keep my living space clean and organized. I would really like a roommate that feels similar, especially about keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean.

My current favorite hobbies are latin dancing and soccer. But I try many things and tend to rotate through various activities and hobbies. And I like to cook! I do have a gluten allergy so if you bake with wheat flour a lot let me know, I’ll have a couple of requests.
