Hello! I’ve got a great set up for someone who likes their privacy and also enjoys some shared space. Furnished bedroom (queen bed, dresser, closet) & large additional room with couch and tv, can be used as you like (pictures show a ping pong table but that is no longer there). All on lower basement level. Window wells allow natural light. Shared kitchen, dinning, living room and back yard space. Parking available. Washer and dryer.

The property allows easy access to Golden Ponds park and greenway. About 25 min drive to CU and Naropa.

No pets, no smoking.

I moved to CO a year and a half ago to be closer to family and outdoor Colorado things. Still exploring and getting to know the area. I’m originally from New England and have spent time abroad and living in the Southern US. I work at Colorado State University, on social justice and community engagement programs so am often exploring different organizations and projects in the area. I like to be outside, active, and learning about or working on permaculture / regenerative agriculture projects. During the academic year I’m on campus most days and work at home 1 or 2 days a week.
