I’m looking for someone to sublet my room on the bottom floor of a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath, fully furnished home in Red Hook. The sub-lease would end on 5/31/24. I’m hoping to have someone move in August or early September.

The house includes kitchenware, a brand-new washer and dryer, a pool table, a working fireplace, a screened-in deck, and furniture. Off-street parking, snow, and trash removal are included. Rent is $1,000 plus utilities aka wifi, water, electricity, heat (oil) during winter months and a monthly cleaning fee. Since February here the additional utilities have ranged from $100 to $250.

It’s in the center of Red Hook, about a 9 min drive from Bard, and 15 minutes from Kingston. You can easily walk to the Corner Counter, Yum Yum, the Curry House, Taste Budds, and more.

One of the housemates on the top floor is currently a senior student at Bard. She’s super clean and friendly. She also has a small dog named Nala. Nala’s incredible, she’s never been yappy and is always down for a cuddle if you want.
