I have a lease on a two bedroom apartment. I am moving to a different area of town, but I am unable to break the lease. I am looking to possibly rent both rooms individually. Master bedroom has entrance to a jack & jill bathroom shared with living room, but does have private toilet. Master bedroom rent will include parking space in carport next to apartment . Rent for master bedroom is $1,000/month. For second bedroom is $750/month. I will continue to pay internet services until end of lease (end of March 2024). Electric bill must be under one of tenants. Must pass a credit check as per leasing office requirements and name will be added to the lease. At end of lease you have a choice to continue month to month. If interested in renting whole apartment monthly rent is $1,750/month. Pets are welcomed in the apartment but might need to pay a deposit at leasing office. Pool is right across apartment as well as laundry facility. Refrigerator not included in the apartment

At this time the only other tenant at place is my college age daughter who will be moving back to the dorms as soon as new tenants are found. I will still be local in the area, but will not live at the apartment. I am hoping to find a responsible adult who might be needing help in building their rental history, or just needs a good affordable place to live.
