Property is a 5br, 3bath house with big backyard and 2-car garage (1 spot used) in quiet, family-friendly neighborhood w/ good school (Stone Creek Elem.). In the house are me (50+ male) and 2 kids (between 5 and 9).

I am open to everybody as long as you have steady income, no loud people, no drugs, etc. Again, I have kids here. Happy to have someone with kids or others wanting to use both rooms.
