Nonsmoking household. Unfurnished room for rent in safe home and neighborhood with parking. 12 x 14 room with laminate flooring that looks like wood. Big windows for lots of natural light. Walk in closet. Central air and heating. Restroom in the hall. It can be a private bath for you, but we sometimes would need to use it if someone is in the other restroom.

A husband and wife live here. Been together over 25 yrs. Happily ever after without arguments. We like each other. We are in our fifties. Hubby is a disabled Vet who watches tv all day in theater room. I work from home office. We are both quiet and kind of boring really. We are clean and quiet. We do have 3 cats and one Pug. So, we want a roommate that loves animals but doesn’t have any of their own. They are quiet too. I keep the cat box clean so no odors. The Pug will bark when someone comes to the door or if the darn crows are in her yard. We do not ignore the barking. We stop her. She’s not a loud barker.
