About the room
Currently looking to fill 2 rooms. One for $800 plus utilities, unfurnished. One for $900 includes utilities furnished.
I am looking for a roommate beginning July. Our previous roommate got a job out of state and is leaving π. I am putting a lot of energy into building a home that fosters a welcoming and comfortable environment. I HATE awkward roommate situations. I have a furnished room available for $900 including water, gas, electric, and internet. If youβre interested in moving from out-of-state Iβm interested in discussing options to provide both of us security with the move.
About the house: the house is a 3 bed 2 bath house. The house has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room are all shared spaces. There is plenty of storage available There is a backyard that is divided in half for the chickens and for the dog. I try and keep a homey vibe so that we can all leave work and stress at the door when we get home.
Whatβs available: itβs one bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The location: this house has a very central location. It is close to I70 and 225, making it easy to get anywhere. It is in between Lowery and Stanley Marketplace which have many great restaurants and breweries. It is 10 minutes to uptown, 15 minutes to downtown, and 20 minutes to the highlands. It takes me about 25 minutes to get almost anywhere in the Denver metro as long as it is not rush hour. There is also several dog parks to choose from.
Pets:my dog has enough love to share with other people and other dogs.
About you: Clean but not obsessive. Is willing to help with cleaning the house biweekly but
About the roomies
About me: Iβm 31 years old, I work in healthcare. I enjoy taking long drives into nature for a nice easy and relaxing hike. In the summer I like to paddle board and spend time on the water. Iβm less active in the winter and prefer to fly to the beach. I like to go out dancing on the weekends but Iβm usually home by midnight. As a roommate, my most toxic trait is that Ieave cabinet doors open and then get mad that I left them open.
