3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in Aston, PA near Sun Valley High School. The house is modern and clean, built in 2016. There is nothing in the room (which is a 12x12 with a closet) but there is an extra mattress you can use if you need it. Your bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. There is a good-sized fenced-in backyard with a patio and fire pit, and a full basement with a movie theater projector and enough room to store extra boxes or things you may have. The house is a 30 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia and 10 minutes from either Delaware or New Jersey.

There is free and easy parking in front of the house

Hey! I’m Tim (32m), own the house, and live in one of the bedrooms. I already have a roommate, Brannon (26m) staying in one of the other bedrooms, and am looking to rent out my 3rd bedroom as well as my other friend is moving out. We are both generally quiet and outgoing. I work from home but travel frequently so am not around for a majority of the year and my roommate works normal hours at a local lab. We both like video games and movies, and mostly keep to ourselves. The house is 420 friendly if smoked outside.

I am looking for a stable, longer-term rental situation. Since I travel a lot, I am looking for roommates who will respect my house and things and not cause any unneeded drama or stress for myself or current roommate.
