I have one 110sf bedroom for rent in my 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home for $700/month. Two bedrooms share one bathroom. The other roommate will be a female. The rent includes all utilities and WIFI. You would be paying a flat-rate every month.

All the carpets upstairs, including the bedrooms, are being replaced with brand new laminate on 7/21. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. There is free parking spots right outside the unit. There is a big park walking distance from the unit if you have a dog. There is also a cute patio.

I am offering a month to month lease, with a one month move-out notice. A $500 refundable deposit is required. If you have a cat or dog, it will be an additional $15/month. You must provide proof of income of at least 3x the rent.

I’m a 27 year old female. I am a data engineer. I go into the office 3-4x a week and work 9am-5pm M-F. I usually spend the weekends at my boyfriend’s house. I enjoy swing dancing and acting. I also like going to the gym and doing yoga. Sometimes I like having friends over (once or twice a month).
