Smart home. Electronic house locks and security system with cameras. Cleaning service comes once a month. No cats or dogs please. I’m looking for a roommate that’s quite and plays video games as we are the same. Treat the initial meeting like a job interview and show up on time.

It’s me and one other roommate. He’s been my longest roommate for about 4 years and has become one of my best friends. He’s a little socially awkward at first and stays in his room but once he opens up he’s great. I live downstairs and pretty much spend all my time down there.
