Annique's room

Private room in a 2br/2ba apartment in the Montrose/Upper Kirby area. The apartment is located near Trader Joe’s with plenty of other places to go within walking distance. There are hardwood floors, plenty of windows and natural light, and a lot of storage with a big kitchen.

I am a student in my late twenties looking for a roommate to move in in August, and I have a cat. Right now I mostly just go to work and then relax at home, but in the fall I will be going back to school and need someone to live in the other room. Please reach out so I can see if we’d be a good fit!
