Scout's room

Small town living in Old town Berthoud. Older home, (no AC) Lovely room which looks out into the garden, near a pond. Freshly painted and brand new plush carpet. Refrigerator, microwave, and internet/streaming television in room. Bathroom is private. Two cats and two small dogs in residence. We are looking for a mature, non-smoking roommate (outside 4/20 ok) who loves animals and gardens, and may wish to help with those in exchange for partial rent credit.

My husband and I are active seniors. I am retired from the Air Force. House is tri-level; we spend a lot of time upstairs, and outside. We’ll share kitchen and laundry at mid level.
