Don’t drink or smoke,like to celebrate holidays.Am very laid back,just looking for a nice room-mate that makes the living space more awesome. Love to cook,but am a vegetarian. Not just looking for a room-mate,but also someone that is business minded and is able to assist with business events from time to time to help business grow It’s ok if you work remotely,but you have to be able to prove income. Bi-lingual is a plus. You must be able to afford the monthly rent,plus share cable bill.I don’t like a lot of company so we would have to be on the same page as far as that goes. For our own security.
