Meghan's room

We have one room available for rent! It is furnished, and there is one bathroom shared between it and a second bedroom. We have plenty of parking in our driveway, a huge backyard, and a large living room / kitchen area. The living room and kitchen are both furnished. We are not looking for any other furniture to be added to the main area of the house, but furniture can be added to the two available rooms if needed. We also have a washer/dryer unit in the house that can be used by everyone. We just moved back to Wilmington a couple weeks ago, so excuse any boxes or mess in the pictures! We should have everything sorted by the move in date haha. We’re also putting in a gazebo in the backyard where the benches and fire pit are. Hopefully that will be done soon as well.

My name is Meghan and my husband’s name is Anthony! We just moved back to Wilmington after living in Florida for the last couple of years, and are so glad to be back! We have two amazing dogs (one a husky and the other a yellow lab) that are super friendly and love to play! They are very well behaved and get along great with other dogs. I am an elementary school teacher, and my husband works in construction/installation. We are hoping to find someone fun to room with and just hang out! When we lived in Wilmington before, we ended up becoming great friends with the roommates we had in our old house, and are hoping for the same experience this time around! We are very laid back, and are ok just chilling in the house, or going out to do something together for fun. I have a million books that I am willing to share, and my husband has a ton of instruments! Knowing how to play guitar or bass is a plus haha. Hope to hear from you soon!
