Selby Ranch Road

This is a second floor 2b/1b apartment, it comes with a (small) washing machine/dryer, a lovely kitchen, and each bedroom has a walk-in closet. The complex has a lot of amenities including 3 pools, a gym, and more. The unit is in a nice location off of American River Drive. I don’t have much issues with neighbors aside from occasional TV noise through the walls. We are responsible for paying for utilities and internet, which comes out to about $85 per month per person. Parking is available for $55 per month if you have a car! The apartment also allows animals for a deposit and monthly rent. Leases are a minimum of 6 months.

I’m the only other roommate you would have, hello! I work for a law firm; most of the time I’m in the office but occasionally I work from home. I’m very laidback! I like to listen to music with headphones and I rarely have guests over.
