Hello I’m renting out one of my rooms located in Concord CA. The bathroom will be shared. Includes kitchen, living room, front and backyard. All appliances are included from washing machine/dryer to microwave and refrigerator. All utilities are included such as electric/gas, water, trash and high speed internet, yard maintenance and will hire a cleaning person. Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV, Peacock, and Max.

Note I plan on renting out the 2 other rooms and potentially the living room. If you have 1 or 2 people in mind to rent out the other rooms, I can reduce the rent price to $1000/month.

Smoking and dogs not allowed in house. Exceptions are cats and Vaping.

Note rent prices are negotiable but this covers yard maintenance, repairs, utilities, internet, cleaning etc.

Note I do have options for Month to Month and if you only need to stay a few days out of the week.

Since I only have one bathroom this place is perfect for remote workers or people with different schedules.

If you’re a student, rent prices are negotiable and can be reduced must provide proof and remain in college while renting out room.

I tend to keep to myself and don’t talk a whole lot but I’m always free for a good conversation. I’m respectful, quiet, don’t smoke, and drink socially.
