This house on Binghamton’s Westside (good area) offers hardwood floors, living room with sofa and TV, kitchens ( Stove & refrigerator, cabinets…), bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room. Everything is separate and private for the 1st and 2nd floor. Parking space next to the house.
It only takes you about 5 minutes to drive to BU. And It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the bus stops. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and markets(Walmart, Price Chopper, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Nirchi’s pizza, KFC…).
