I have a basement room available with it’s own attached but separate living room. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32 inch color tv. You would have to provide your own couch and tv for the living room adjacent to your bedroom. There is a full bath in the basement but you would have to share with one other person who would rent the bedroom on the main floor though they do have a half bath to use on the main floor. They would just need to use the shower in the basement. The room stays pretty cool because it is the basement but you could use a space heater if you wanted. There is a lot of privacy in this room and living room and there is a lot of space. This is a beautiful five bedroom house on an acre of land. Huge backyard and patio for your use and friends are welcome to visit. I look forward to hearing from you.
Currently, my girlfriend and I live on the 2nd floor in the master suite. We are looking for friends to help share the bills as this house is way too much house for just us. If you have a friend that would also like to rent, we have a room available on the 2nd floor for rent.
