This is an older brick home located on 8 Acres. The property has a swimming pool and an old barn. My son has moved out quite a few years ago he’s all grown up so it’s his room and I will be renting out. Still appropriately nicknamed “the men’s room” 🤣 they’re in the process of building a subdivision across the road. I knew it was inevitable someday. We are 5 minutes from the high school and Winn-Dixie and Publix and post office and Library. Being up at the north end of town means less traffic as long as you know how to time your trip to town ugh

I’m a self-employed artist and entrepreneur. I’m semi-retired. It would be nice to have someone here to be of help sometimes and also of course the rent would be helpful towards some of the bills room is fully furnished. Large bedroom around 12x14 or maybe a little larger with a very large closet. Bathroom is right across the hall.
