The unit is walking distance to the local restaurants, dining, shopping and lake. Several nearby wineries and casinos. Near Sutter Lakeside Hospital and Schools. Great location and recently remodeled unit. Tenant will have access to park one car in driveway and additional curbside parking available. Sorry, no smoking or cats, as we are highly allergic to both. We can accommodate (1) small dog.
