Welcome to the Lotus House Collaborative! We are an intentional community of like minded people who live together and work together to make a harmonious home. We are artsy, hippie, spiritual and we contribute to the greater community by offering classes and workshops and events in yoga, meditation, art and more! This community is structured like a cooperative and every member contributes equally to the household with chores and is required to be on 1 committee. All members have responsibilities to contribute to the functioning of the house and community. We do community meals a few times a week and practice sustainability by sharing basic food staples. We have regular meetings to talk about the household and social events we create. We love to do social activities, art projects, gardening, movie nights, game nights and hanging out in the common room.

About the rooms- there are 2 rooms available both are $440/month plus utilities and household cost contributions. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor, has a closet and large window. Bedroom 2 is on the second floor and also has a closet and large window.

About the house- we have a historic house built in 1897. It has stained glass windows, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, kitchen, dining room, common room, 1.5 baths, basement with washer drier, fenced in backyard with fire pit, detached garage (which we are turning into a meditation/art studio) and driveway.

We are currently not accepting free roam pets. Rooms are for single occupants only.

Currently all the residents are females between the ages of 20 and 32. We like art, nature, gardening, yoga and spirituality. We have students and working professionals.
