Laminated floor, remote control for the fan and lights, parking space, washer and dryer included. The great things is that the house is all for you. I go to the house once or twice a week just to spend the night.

I’m a high school teacher with an empty nest. Renting my daughter’s room to help me with expenses. Looking for people that I can trust my house. You will be able to use all areas of the house, all utilities included also, washer and dryer. Renting to one person but you can bring your significant other to spend time/ a night but not to leave there.
