Hi there! Looking for someone to ride out the lease until the end of the year. You may take over the lease after if desired. Townhouse is two stories and 1150 square feet, in a gated community with a pool, gym, and you can have the garage parking space. Internet and utilities are included in the rent.

I am currently occupying the master room, BUT when you move in, that’ll be yours and I’ll take the side room. It comes with it’s own walk-in closet and bathroom.

I may be purchasing a home by the end of the year and you can follow me there as well (i’d ask for the same rent)

No current in-house washing machine, but I’m right by the laundry room and am waiting for a machine to be delivered currently.

My name’s Ron/28/He/They Currently working full-time as an engineer. I like music, reading, gaming and am lgbtqia+ friendly. I will most likely be gone on the weekends to be in the valley or L.A. The shared downstairs space mostly holds my stuff BUT we can talk out moving things around and moving some of my stuff to storage to accommodate you.

Currently no pets but my girlfriends 3 cats MAY one day join us, though she currently lives in New York
