Room for rent 1150 month and 575 deposit, pool, heat, a/c, shared bathroom with other roommate, house cleaned every other week, quiet and safe neighborhood, prefer someone who works or goes to school as other roomies do and owner and daughter, must like animals (have birds and rabbit), no overnight guests, no alcohol but light alcohol (glass of wine/ beer is fine), no drugs even marijuana at house unless outside, lives with professional (therapist)who works from home most of the time and teen daughter but is out of town at times for jobs, light kitchen privileges, wood floors in bedrooms and stone elsewhere, mini fridge in each bedroom and furnished, keyed bedroom, keyless lock and alarm and cameras outside (3) and inside (2), many outside living spaces in backyard, awesome neighbors and community, must be trustworthy, kind, and honest, close to Pepperdine, restaurants and 10 miles to ocean, parking on street anytime but cannot keep car there for over a week without moving, no drama, no overnight guests, internet included, no landlines, streaming services, anything above my ordinary utility costs of past two years will be equally divided between roomies. No utilities unless excessive. I prefer roomies who are down to earth, respectful, on time with payments, and easy to get along with please. Need background check, credit check, and proof of work. Will have contract for roomie about length of stay, 6-12 month required. Can adjust if necessary such as longer lease. Quiet and relaxing and would prefer roommate who gives same consideration.
