Lila's room

Hi folks! My name is Lila. I’m currently looking for a 3rd roommate for a 3-bedroom house in Whittier. The house has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, family den, living room, breakfast nook and is very eclectic and special home.
The time commitment would be either 6 month or 12 month lease. The house is being cleared out to be ready by August 1st. It will be myself and my current roommate, Jared in the 2 smaller bedrooms. We are looking for someone to take the master bedroom of the house with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a built-in tv, and some optional furniture you could use if you want! For the master bedroom, we are asking 1200 for a single person and 1500 for a couple.

A little about the roommates: I go to school full time as a music education major and do occasionally practice singing and music at home. I spend most of my time at school, at rehearsals, and at my serving job. When I’m not busy, I love to go out to see music, stay in and cook some grub, or have an occasional house kickback. I also love cooking vegetarian meals, hiking, thrifting, and exploring new restaurants. I also identify as apart of the LGBTQA+ community!

From Jared: Hi! I’m also a full-time music education major and also work part-time as a manager at a coffee shop. I love thrifting, being outdoors, exploring new places, and doing spontaneous activities! I’m super easy-going, goofy, and also very gay.
