Beautiful property in Kelseyville hills. Nice hardwood floors, panoramic view of mountain, and vineyards. Has a great out door area, I am open to medium size dog since I have one but must be hypo allergic.

This is my home in which I have been renting out. Previous tenants decided to leave, and I have been traveling a lot. I would like to have a roomie that likes to be in a natural setting, enjoys some since of quite, but also likes art, jazz, and out side activities for the house. I am a transgender black male. I am very LGBT positive and want to make sure that whomever moves here can enjoy the property and relax. I will be celebrating my 60th birthday. I like to travel and may not be around a lot so there is potential for you to have the place to yourself for months at a time.

I am looking for a responsible person, that is very liberal in understanding diversity with respect to privacy. I am working to create healthy spaces for LGBT people and want a like minded person for a roommate. I am old school and believe that a roommate should become family when trusting living spaces and responsibilities, we are in the age group when neither should be a parent to the other.
