1 large aprox. 25x30 bedroom with half bath and large walk in closet. Upstairs to yourself . Downstairs you have the guest bathroom pretty much to yourself. I have my own bathroom. Wash machine and dryer in garage. Bedroom is fully furnished. Brand new queen size bed, mattress, TV . Also nightstands and dresser . My area is close to St.Petes, Bradenton, Ellenton, Palmetto and close access to 75.
