Marie's room

The house is located in a quiet and new neighborhood. The unfurnished room rental is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. It’s 15 min south of the Salinas Valley State Prison and 35 miles south of Salinas. Willing to negotiate length of lease. The room is available August 1st but if you need it sooner, we can make an accommodation.

We are two females in our late twenties seeking an extra female roommate to occupy our spare bedroom. We do have a small dog that is very playful. We are rarely home as we are both occupied in our professions and enjoy traveling. Both of us are clean and organized.
