Ariana's room

Hello! I am renting 2 bedrooms which each will be 850, but can be negotiable! Each room will be furnished so you dont have to stress about bringing a bed set. Closets are a decent size. All bathroom and kitchen items will be provided. We would split utilities these include: water, gas, electric, and wifi. Did I also mention there is an extra garage space for cars!

I am a 28 year old female who is a bilingual speech-language pathologist. My sister is also living in the same house where she is a elementary teacher. We are both very kind and easy going.
