4 bedroom house, across the street from a little shopping plaza with a Safeway and other stores. There is currently 2 bedrooms available the 2 rooms share a bathroom one of the rooms facing the drive way is extra big with a extra big closet, big living room, big kitchen, big backyard, washer and dryer, all assessable to any roommate living there, There are currently no kids in the house but they are fine if you have kids, there are two dogs very sweet usually in the backyard or my room.There is currently a women renting out the master bedroom. And me and my fiance are renting out the big room on the other side of the house connecting to backyard. All utilities and bills are included in the rent. Deposit is refundable. The smaller room has a big closet as well and faces the back yard is $800 all bills included with a $300 deposit. Month to month rent. Unfurnished rooms bring anything you want, and decorate anyway you want.
