Hello, I am a young professional in the energy industry and I’m currently looking for a roommate for my completely remodeled home in 5th Ward that’s only 8 minutes away from Downtown Houston. I have a room 13x12 with a shared bath (with me) for $700. Every bedroom is equipped with a digital lock.

Water and Electricity are split 3 ways. High speed internet is included. Washer and dryer are also in house. There is a driveway for off street parking.

For everyone’s peace of mind I do run a quick background check. If you are not a student, I do ask for a 600+ credit score. Ideally looking for students or other young professionals. Please let me know if you are interested or if you have any other questions!

No smoking inside of the house and small pets are considered on a case by case basis.
