We’re 5 minutes away from Bridgewater Center. Large kitchen and living room, which are fully furnished. Shared bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. Large backyard and plenty of parking. Move in would be July 1st with a year lease. First, last, and a $500 security deposit due at signing. There is a $45 background check/application fee.

Roommates are female students/working professionals in their early to mid 20s and we’re looking for an individual that would fit that description. We have two cats, no litter boxes in the common areas. No other pets allowed.
