Hi, looking for a roommate to movein in July. The place is a 2bed/2bath so you will have your own private bathroom. There’s a pretty balcony, in unit washer/dryer, gym, rec center, clubhouse, new carpet, and of course dishwasher and central AC. Located in Westpark neighborhood in Irvine. Complex has pools, hot tubs, and community tennis and basketball, near parks, shopping, dining, and easy freeway access.

I will be the only other roommate, single, no kids, no pets. Pretty girly, I workout sometimes, fun, healthy, happy.
