Hi there! I have one HUGE room available for rent starting in late August. It would be a 13 month lease. Currently, the room holds two full beds and 2 desks and still can hold more. You have your own sink, but the bathroom is Jack and Jill style where the bathroom is connected to your room but it is shared. There are also 2 full size mirror closets in the room. It is carpeted and they put in new carpets last year! We live right outside the pool and our wifi reaches the pool as well so you can get work done there. The washer and dryer is very close to us (and our parking spot). We have two guaranteed spots, one covered and one un-covered that is very close to us. The apartment is 2 miles away from UCI! The place is also beautifully furnished except the room!

I am currently a graduate student at UCI studying Nursing. I am very very clean and expect my new roommate to be as well. Because I am in graduate school, I am looking for a more quiet environment. I do not mind guests, etc. as long as you’re being respectful of the noise, as I am always home studying. On my free time, I like to go to the movies, the beach, and hiking and hoping I can be friends with my new roommate!
