About the room

Heyyy! Me and Melissa are looking for a roommate at OakTree Homes in Chelsea, AL. It is a 26 min drive to UAB. It is a 3/2.5. Move-in will be July 13th with a 13 month lease. They are currently being built so we will be the first ones living in it. They have good security measures which include cameras and motion sensors. It has a fenced in backyard and smart home features. The rent will be $730 plus utilities. It is unfurnished and it will be a shared shower. I will use the half bathroom downstairs. August rent will be free and we will get admin and application fees back on September rent. Please feel free to message me with any questions!!

Me and Melissa both are students at UAB! I am majoring in Nursing and she is majoring in Biology. I am a sophomore but will be a junior after the fall semester. Melissa is a junior.
