I have 2 separate rooms available for rent in Hillsboro. It is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, detached house with a garden in the Arbor Rose community. Arbor Rose is right behind Shute park and has access to a pool and gym as well as basketball court and playground. $900 a month per room utilities not included (about 120 per person per month). It is 5 minute walking distance to Library and Aquatic Center. 5 minute drive to the Pacific Hillsboro campus . Bathroom will be shared. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Pet friendly but must be ok with a Service dog in the house and LGBTQIA + friendly.

I am a doctoral student at Pacific University. I am friendly and enjoy chatting and very used to living with others. I train and foster Service dogs and enjoy baking and games. I am fairly tidy and currently the only tenant staying in the house for this next year.
