Hello, I’m Stephan and I’ve been renting up here on town mountain for 5 years in my favorite spot I’ve ever lived (born and raised native to avl) and I’m looking for 1 new roommate for the first time in 5 years. It’s one of those spots you kind of have to see to get the full thing, but its 5 minutes from downtown in the best spot in town, 2 porch decks with massive views all the way to Mt pisgah and downtown, and enough room to stretch out, and it’s $1100/month + utilities. I’m a full time photographer and would love to find some like minded professional people to join me up here, I’d love to buy this place butttttttt 1.4 million is a few photoshoots away for me. We’re all like minded, outdoorsy, fun but not party-till-4am people.
