Better description/pictures of room and shared spaces coming!! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The lease term is on a month-by-month basis. Bedrooms and shared bathroom are located on second floor. Washer and dryer are available for everyone, located in the basement half-bathroom. No animals. No smoking in property, must be outside. Occasional overnight guests are allowed, provided they do not become a nuisance to other roommates. Roommates are responsible for 1/4 of the water and electricity bills per month in addition to rent. Street parking is available, 2 cars already utilize the driveway/garage. There will be space in pantry/fridge/freezer for your food. Absolutely no helping yourself in others food not belonging to you.

There are currently 4 people staying in this home. I, Lora, am the home-owner. The other 2 people staying are tenants I who stays in the but does stay basement on the couch most nights, and the other roommate. Myself and the other roommate would prefer an anyone who is able to clean after themselves, quiet, and able to get along with us in our shared spaces. Bedroom available has a queen size bed and a 40 inch screen TV with WIFI
