Looking for someone who travels and will only stay 2-3 nights a week for reduced rent. ( Normally $850 per mo. but will adjust to $550 per mo. ) in Beautifully decorated 2300 sq foot condo close to everything you need. Nice open feel with lots of long windows and sunshine surrounded by wooded area; Larus Park ( park is 2 minutes away, ) Trader Joes’s, Planet Fitness, Gift shops, Beer and Wine shop and ABC store, natural food market, plus others, across the street! Located 5 min from James River ( by car ). Downtown, Museum District and Carytown is abt 10-15 min away.
You will have your own room with a comfy King size bed covered in Pottery Barn bedding and pillows with your own bathroom/shower in your room.

If you are quiet, clean and don’t need much interaction this could be your dream rental bc of it’s beauty and calm. I ( your host ) am 66 yr. young, single and very active. I have a 3.9 lb dog that is soft and sweet and will great you with kisses if you allow it but you can pass! :) He ( Charlie ) is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed and will never enter your room.

I am the only person living here altho I do occasionally have an overnight guest, but not often.

This is a one-year rental with flexibility if you need to move out. I am described as kind, warm, hospitable, and a wonderful host! I think you’ll love it here!
