Shianne's room

My home is an end-unit 3 level townhome located in Centreville near Compton Village drive. The tenant would have a furnished bedroom on the top floor with a full private bathroom, have access to the living room, kitchen, backyard, basement (including the gym), and laundry room. High-speed internet included in rent, and the home is steadily being updated with smart home features.

Home is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with a community pool, tennis courts, parking, and convenient restaurants and shopping.

Utilities are included in the rent. A $1000 security deposit is needed along with the first month’s rent upon signing. A credit and background check are also necessary at the renter’s expense.

Only me and my dog (Tomo) live here. I work in a professional field from 7-4 and I am neat and quiet. I prefer a female roommate who is neat, responsible, light cooking, no guest overnight, no male guests, Non-smokers requested and no drug use is permitted in or outside the house.
