Looking to rent out a private bedroom in my 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home to a graduate student or young professional. The room is located upstairs and comes with its own bathroom. The rent is $1050 per month, and utilities are included. If interested, please send me a direct message. Initially, I’m open to a 3-6 month lease, and if you’re a good fit, we can discuss a longer term. The room is available for move-in as early as 06/23. The space: The house is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home spanning approximately 1800 square feet. The whole house was remodeled in 2021, and you would be sharing the kitchen with just me and my girlfriend. Laundry facilities are available on-site. The backyard is fully fenced, and there is space in the driveway for parking. You’ll find a 70-inch TV in the living room for entertainment. Additionally, there is some workout equipment available in the backyard. To secure the spot, a security deposit of 500 is required. The first month’s rent will be prorated based on the move-in date. Applicants must be non-smokers (cigarettes).

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Current residents: young male tech professional in the early stages of my career. who works as a tech consultant and transitioning into the cloud space. 26 years old and enjoy activities such as reading, working out, watching sports, listening to music, and making clothes. Myself, 26, I work for the Airport and enjoy cooking, playing with my dogs, and trying out different restaurants in Atlanta. Pets: We already have three small, older dogs: Oreo (Jack Russell), Pnutt (Chihuahua), and Angel (Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix). The dogs are crate trained and mostly stay in their own room. Please note that we cannot accommodate any additional pets since we already have three dogs.
